Course Length: 4 Hours
Description: The Officers will be expected to understand the four phases of observation, how persistent awareness and understanding lead to better recording, reporting and decision making. LEA’s and their Narcotic Officers must respond quickly to adverse situations and make decisions that can be severely scrutinized after the fact. Observing and comprehending TTPs of possible suspects will enable the Officers to make better decisions.
